  • Standard shipping at R69 *excluding heavy and bulky products.

  • If your purchase contains bulky or heavy items it will be adjusted accordingly

  • Your order will be processed within 72 hours.

  • We aim to ship your parcel within 5-7 working days of processing your order, however the sooner the better! We work with the aim to get your beautiful things to you as soon as possible.

Why do we charge shipping?

  • We are a small company on a mission to support local entrepreneurs and creatives. We want everyone in South Africa to know about the talent right here on your doorstop whilst having the advantage of purchasing and supporting these local brands from the comfort of your home, office or local coffee shop (whatever takes your fancy). We are bringing the local markets, Instagram and Facebook stores, and boutique brands to one place, easily accessible from anywhere, any time, any place, and allowing you to purchase them from one place with one courier cost as opposed to many.
  • This service requires a little charge to get your glorious parcels to your door. We promise, you won't be disappointed!   ​

Returns 

REFUND POLICY

We want all of our customers to be happy with purchases made at Epiphany.  If you receive any products that have a manufacture fault, you may contact us within 7 days (ie. 1 week) of receiving it and we will offer you a full refund of the item or a replacement should one be available. Epiphany will only offer a full refund on items that have a manufacturer fault. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.

Please email us to arrange collection of the product via trackable service.

Products returned must be unused and undamaged. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (1 week after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Products are properly protected.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard courier costs and delivery times will apply.

 

You are responsible for courier costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered courier services to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Aramex at Pick 'n Pay and Post Net both offer a R99 courier service.

When returning your merchandise, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only full priced items may be exchanged, sale items are final.

This Return policy excludes:

 - all products bought on sale

 - earrings/hair accessories for hygiene reasons

 - custom made products

 - Dave's Shop Confetti

Please consider that many of our products are crafted by hand, and therefore may vary slightly from the photos.
