CHRISTY ANNE JEWELLERY
“The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul”
– Dieter Uchtdorf
It was this innate desire to ‘make’ that lead Christy-Anne to the world of jewellery.
Launched in 2010, Christy-Anne Jewellery explores beauty in simplicity and value in craftsmanship. From everyday life to special moments, each piece is thoughtfully designed with the wearer in mind and lovingly hand-made by Christy-Anne and her team of manufacturers at her studio in Durban.
They are proudly South African and passionate about uplifting and supporting our local people and businesses.

WHY I LOVE THEM
I met Christy when she made her pieces in the same studio as another very good friend and jewellery designer of mine. From the start I knew we would become friends. Christy has a gentle, kind nature and it shows through in her jewellery designs.
Her pieces are soft and elegant to wear. Her range is beautifully feminine and I love to see the new pretty things that are added to her collections regularly. Christy also creates gorgeous custom pieces that are uniquely your own. A true talent and wonderful person to create your jewellery visions with.
FAVOURITE FINDS FROM THEIR LATEST COLLECTION
IN MY JEWEL BOX
rose gold plated
I love this sweet take on a hoop earring with a sophisticated raindrop shape. If you read anywhere on this directory about my preferred earring selection you will know that hoops always tend to win.
While I tend to opt for yellow gold, I love to mix it up a bit every now and again too, so when these arrived in the post as a special gift from Christy, I was beyond pleased.
They are a beautiful, unique shape and look ever so pretty with my hair up in a bun.
A super versatile addition and sophisticated sister to my favourite style.
PLAIN AND PRETTY
yellow gold plated
There was a phase where the little line studs were the must have accessory and I adored their simple elegancy.
These Ray earrings, while slightly more chunky than the original trend, remind me of those.
I have always been a "less is more" kind of girl, and plain and pretty studs like this fit the category of styles that last well beyond trends.
They are bound to add a beautiful little touch of something special to your ear and are a great piece to own for any occasion or outfit.
STRAIGHT SIGNET RING
ON MY WISHLIST
I always laugh at myself because I change my mind faster than I change my socks (well not really but..).
It's why I could never get a tattoo, I know I wouldn't love any "look" that much forever.
But that's what makes life interesting, I guess. It's also why I tend to opt for simple, plain, clean and classic options when I shop. I know that timeless pieces will be worn for years, whereas fashion trends will bore me sooner or later.
Having said that, my love of the signet ring has grown somewhat in the last couple of years. It was never something I swooned over but now I find myself window shopping every style available online.
This pretty straight signet is probably the closest to what I would go for. It's a super simple design and I love the clean lines and "bar" style.
It's a really pretty piece. I love this in silver, and would totally dress it up with my gold jewels just to mix things up, because, why not?!
A BESTIE GIFT
This Rose Gold Plated Bella bangle is a stunning summer accessory layered with a few other delicate bracelets. The stone is the prettiest peach tone and it gives the Bella some magical detail.
If you are looking to spoil a bestie, or are trying to drop gift hints, this is a really splendid little everyday accessory that won't tire.
There are so many ways to wear it,
alone as a subtle statement, or among a few of your other favourite treasures.
Think this will grab many hearts.
